There are many sites today that support social networking. Often these networks are built to support communities through a set of communication tools and content that allow informal learning to happen. This site is a demonstration of that sort of community site as well as access to other tools for more formal learning. For example I have an installation of Moodle for people to explore. Moodle is a course management tool that support the delivery of content, management of user roles, testing and quizzing and group discussions.
